The Cesar Nieto Ibérico de Bellota Chorizo Vela (Vela de Chorizo Ibérico de Bellota) is a high-end charcuterie piece crafted in Guijuelo. Following the family's traditional recipe, this chorizo is produced using select meat from Iberian pigs fed on acorns during the montanera season.
Its seasoning, based on Pimentón de la Vera and natural spices, combined with a slow curing process in natural drying rooms, gives it an intense aroma and a balanced flavour with the perfect touch of fat marbling.
Its slender "vela" (candle) format allows for the perfect slice, making it ideal for gourmet charcuterie boards.
