Sparkling wine Marevia Chardonnay Pinot Noir Brut Reserva is the crown jewel of Bodegas Marevia (formerly Bodegas Vega Medán) in Requena.

This organic cava stands out for its classic French-influenced coupage, where Chardonnay provides structure and creaminess, while Pinot Noir (vinified as a white wine) grants freshness and delicate red fruit notes.

Aged for a minimum of 15 months on its lees, this Reserva offers fine, persistent bubbles that melt on the palate. The nose is complex, with aromas of ripe apple, white flowers, and hints of bakery notes. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, and highly gastronomic, making it the perfect companion for seafood, Valencian rice dishes, or fatty fish.
